Everything was fine! Gianluca is a very friendly host, the room was clean and more spacious than on the pictures. The bathroom was clean, big and very comfortable. The shared kitchen area was far more than enough with coffee provided. Wi-fi was working fine. A parking spot is free of charge. A historically important river of Rubicone is just a few steps from the house. I would totally recommend this place!

    It's a cosy little town. There are many cafes and restaurants. For those who like to eat at home, there are shops with everything you need to cook your own food. The room is large. Perfectly clean bed linen and towels. The room also has all the utensils you need, large fridge, hob and oven. Perfect free parking for your car. Very cosy beaches with good service and prices. You can buy sunbeds at the reception (it will be a bit cheaper than on the beach). Very polite staff who do everything to make sure you have a good time.

    The location is perfect the beach is one step only. The staff was absolutely nice. The breakfast was rich and OK with a good selection for basic needs. The room was clean. And there whas Mister Bob - one of the kindest and most charming dog in Italy. Great value for money.

    Great location, great staff. Facility perfect for small children with many toys on the balcony. The staff was very friendly and the town itself was also nice and perfect for families. The apartments are of a good comfortable size
