Very comfortable bed, coffee machine, very nice modern bathroom. There is a shared area outside to prepare food but we eat out. 15 minutes walk to beach (small supermarkethalf way there), 8 minute walk to lovely centre which is very buzzing at night with people. Washingmachine, Dishwasher. Guilia and her family are great hosts, very helpfull. You can rent bikes directly, which makes it easier to get to the beach.
