The room was vey good and the parking space is a must as there is no other way to park as the streets are packed with cars. Parking cost 10 euros additional and breakfast is very basic, but has some gluten and lactose free options. Wifi works very well.

The host was so kind! Super flexible and when I had to work a little later he gave us a later checkout. He also gave us a complimentary upgrade in rooms! The space was HUGE and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. There was coffee and small snacks. There was milk in the fridge and water! Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

The property was beautiful, clean and had a lovely shared balcony for relaxing. The location was excellent for walking around the city with many restaurants in easy distance. We enjoyed being able to check-in at our convenience and the app was easy to use.

Excellent location. Very nice and clean. Everything you need is provided. Nice and quiet yet in the centre. Laura is a really nice host and very helpful. Highly recommend
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
The room was in a perfect location in the city-- in the city center. It was close to everything. Although the town itself is charming and older, the room was ultra-modern, and I felt like I was staying in a 5-star hotel. The host was lovely, as were the women who cleaned. They even left croissants and snack food as well as coffee. Overall it was lovely.
Gabriele was a great host. He was always available if we had questions about the apartment or places to visit. The apartment is in the city center. 100% recommended!
Great location near town and newly converted so everything worked - great host who was very responsive and on the ball. Room was large and airy and had everything we needed.....and great wifi
Right in the middle of the old city center
Very quiet, charming decoration, smlall room but felt cozy a bit like in a bubble
using an app to open the doors and checkin was easy
Well the guesthouse is located exactly in one of the most beautiful squares of Sassari. It was more like an apartment than a room due to how big it was. Also equipped with a kitchen, very clean, comfortable and quiet. There are many shops nearby and even the major attractions can be seen on foot. Salvatore the owner, is a good host.
Superb location, in a quiet environment surrounded by vineyards, and close to various interesting places.
Matteo is a great host, always available to provide advice and to help.
Very nice and helpful host. Property was in great location. It contained lovely balcony to sit or eat/drink/read. Lots of eateries in the surrounding area. Safe secure location and building. Quiet area for sleeping at night.
the property is easy to reach by car, in a great location to explore the north west of Sardinia. we had a wonderful three night stay in one of the beautifully decorated, comfortable and impeccably clean rooms. Matteo is a great host, he and the other staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome! the wine tour and tasting which is offered to the guests is one not to be missed!
