as I had a broken knee I couldn’t enjoy the facilities as much as I would have liked. owner was brilliant and as helpful as she could be as my Italian was non existent and she only understood a portion of what I was saying. Nor can I comment about the location as with no crutches I could only gabble to the local pharmacy for pain killers with the aid of a long stick kindly supplied by the owner fir me.

This is an easy 10/10... First of all, Geraldine is a wonderful host! The place is peaceful, even the air is much better than in the citycenter:) You can get into Rome quickly by train/metro. The station is just 2 minutes on foot from the accommodation. If you want to have a good rest, this is the perfect place to stay!

Location was so perfect to reach city of Rome and Colosseum. It was just few minutes away from the Rome city and location was less crowded compared to Rome. Host sent a detailed message about the restaurants around the location it was helpful to try new cuisines.

The room had a bed, work desk, mini fridge and quite a big balcony. However, we noticed there were cameras in the balcony and we were not comfortable using it. Basic amenities were provided like a hot water kettle, tea, coffee and the host was also nice enough to provide some cakes and biscuits. The bathroom was quite spacious and clean.

The owner responded very quickly and was very helpful! The room was spacious and clean! Bed was comfortable. The location is close to a Metro station and within short distance of restaurants.
