The room was very nice and cosy, the sea view - amazing, we arranged a pizza delivery and enjoyed wine on the balcony! However, what truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Gabriele. More than just a host, he felt like a friend, a guide, even a family member. Every morning, he surprised us with freshly baked croissants filled with an assortment of jams, creams, and chocolate, alongside perfectly prepared coffee and tea, all elegantly served in fine porcelain. His hospitality extended beyond breakfast—he provided invaluable tourist information and gave us the best advice on exploring the city efficiently. Needless to say, the apartment was spotless, reflecting the utmost care and attention to detail. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and luxurious Palermo experience!

Excelent localization and amazing view from the balcony. Very close to the Beach and restaurants. Possibillty to left the car under the building. Danilo is very helpful and very nice host which asked us several times what we need.

Nice big room - nice decor. Great host who was very helpful and took good care of us with supplies outside of our door everyday. Comfortable beds. Nice location Nice big balcony. Nice minibar. Easy to go to Palermo downtown by bus - the bus is stopping outside the building. The host gave us a lot of information upon our arrival and answer quick during our stay when we had some questions. The apartment was easy to find. Some really nice restaurants in the area. We would love to stay in the apartment again and will definitely recommend the place.
