MARIA HOLIDAY HOMES La Pineta di Sinalunga features a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 36 km of Piazza Grande and 48 km of Piazza del Campo.

Maria is a great host: super kind and responsive. The house is REALLY big and the room we rent (with bathroom) was nice and spacious. We used it for 2 ppl, but in fact there were two single beds and one queen bed. Everything was clean. Wifi working. Private bathroom with hot water and nice pressure. 3 min walk to a Penny supermarket, and a few mins drive from the main square where people can have breakfast (breakfast for us was not includede). Around the house, a nice garden. Kichenette shared with other guests. 40 mins by Siena and quite close to Val d’Orcia and Val di Chiana.

Lorraina was an absolute angel. I fell off my bike before arriving and she went above and beyond. Grazie Mille 🙏 There is a kitchen which is very handy. And I had a wonderful dinner at ristorante santorotto a 20 min walk.

Located in a nice little town, a quiet place with a beautiful view from the window. The bed is very comfortable. The host, Leo, was very attentive and gave us lots of recommendations. There was free parking. Remember there is no breakfast; in the morning, you could get coffee and a cornetto in the only bar in town. Also, there was a supermarket nearby.

    Aurora and her parents are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was nice and the room was exceptionally clean. The house is located in a breathtaking, peaceful, quiet countryside, yet everything is close-markets, shops, and restaurants. Sinalunga is a great place, in the heart of Tuscany. Wherever you want to go in Tuscany it's there a 20-50 min drive by car.

    The property is well located at short distance from different cities as Montepulciano, Siena and Cortona. It has a wonderful view and a nice terrace and garden where enjoy the sunny days. The fireplace is the centerpiece of the house, it is fully equipped. Paola was outstanding, a great host.

    The best guesthouse I've ever stayed in, and probably will ever stay in! Grazia and Oscar are the perfect hosts, we shared so many laughs, unbelievably good Tuscan food and greatly enjoyed our chats. We loved being around the cats, Emy the dog and Spin the horse too. The gardens were incredibly beautiful and the farmhouse has been lovingly and authentically restored. It was perfect. We can't thank Grazia and Oscar enough... an unforgettable experience staying with them. I wish we could stay every year.

    Great place, great hosts, in fact extraordinairy quality and experience. Could’nt be happier with This experience. The hosts are super friendly and picked us up when we couldn’t find the place. Gave good pieces of advice of where to go and eat. Highly recommendable, we Will be back in this small paradise.
