This is a very charming B&B (not truly a hotel) in the heart of Oristano. All in old style Italian decor with ceiling fresco - appears to have been a home prior although the bathroom was modern and the windows updated for soundproofing.

Enny is a fabulous host. We had dinner at L'Onda and she prepared all the traditional fare of the area, it was a delicious treat. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is close to the city center, grocery, laundry and restaurants. We will return!

Everything! Clean room, excellent facilities, wonderful breakfast with lots of healthy choices (including local products). Rosalba has been very hospitable and friendly, and provided many recommendations for places to eat and things to do and see. The facility is very comfortable, with lots of personal touches throughout the property. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back if visiting the area again.

Francesco was very friendly and welcoming! The room was in a nice size with coffee machine, kettle, fridge and some snacks. Bed was very comfy and the small balcony was nice too. Bedsheets and towels were very clean! The room was also very quiet!

Room was clean, comfortable bed, A/C worked. Located on a quiet residential street, a few blocks from restaurants and pedestrian streets. Breakfast buffet was simple, but fine. On site parking is a plus.

Host Simona was incredible and offered the best customer service we've experienced. We had an initial issue with parking regulation that had recently changed which led to a fine (which was also partly our own fault for not doublechecking the exact paid hours when we parked in that spot). Simona was amazing and covered the fine for us, while also inviting us for a drink and a bite. On our check-out day, she offered us a breakfast as well, wanting to make sure we left happy.
During our stay, we very much enjoyed the impeccable room (with a great Smart TV as well which was useful due to some rainy hours) which was modern and had comfy bedding and a nice bathroom.
It's refreshing to deal with a professional like Simona who manages her business with a lot of care and detail, and realises that her guests' comfort and happiness is paramount.
There are several breakfast places and restaurants nearby, within less than 3 minutes walking distance.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Great place for a family of 3 and couples. Everything was according to the description. Clean and detailed. Hosts were very welcoming with high willingness to help and provide great advices on where to go and restaurants.
