This is a beautiful B&B very close to the train station in Levanto. The property is well maintained. We wished it was warmer and less rainy so that we could have enjoyed the many beautiful outdoor areas and the pool. The breakfast was fantastic with many choices. The host was very kind and helpful. She gave us many recommendations on restaurants, hikes, etc.

I absolutely loved our stay. Alessandra is a delight. She's solicitous and kind and was so helpful with everything. It's clear she and William thought thoroughly about how best to help their guests. The beds were extremely comfortable (I accidentally slept 10 hours). I thought it was also great that they offered a tasty and healthy breakfast of yogurt and cornflakes! Of course, my favorite part was meeting Bibi, the royal cat. Thank you so much for a great stay! I hope to return again and stay at AWRoom again.

The location in Montorosso was great. It was an easy walk with carry on luggage for myself and my 70 year old mother (she went a little slower, but did it!) Stefano was so kind and helpful getting luggage up the stairs when we arrived and when we left. The accommodations were very clean and well cared for, beautifully designed. The rooftop patio was so nice, we only wish we had more time to enjoy it! The breakfast was nice as well, fresh pastries and yogurt. Stefano gave great suggestions for our time and restaurant recommendations that were great! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
