Staying in this beautifully renovated apartment made our three-day visit to Messina most enjoyable. Excellent communication with the host and he kept in contact daily to ensure that we were enjoying our visit. He provided us with great recommendations for restaurants which served quality unique menu options. We were greeted by Emanuel who was very friendly and helpful in explaining the functions in the apartment. The apartment is located in a renovated Villa on a main street within walking distance to the historical centre. The common kitchen was well stocked and the breakfast options were plentiful. There is a 24 hour well lit parking garage across the street. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Even though this was not actually a B&B, an adequate breakfast was provided. Coffee, tea, pastries, jams… but the best thing about this stay was Anna. She was the best of the best hosts. She even drove us to the ferry, even though it is walkable. Also, she offered to greet us when we returned from Lipari, but unfortunately, we missed her. But, she had actually baked us cookies! I’m hoping our paths cross again.

Excellent communication, flexible with arrival time and bicycle/pannier storage. Fantastic location. Bed was super comfortable. WiFi was very good. There is human & vehicular noise from the street (the window is over the sidewalk in room #1), but it got very quiet by midnight on a Saturday.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Its beautiful location is exceptional - up high above Spadafora it looks out to Stromboli. The room and bathroom were large and charming & tastefully decorated. I walked a few hundred metres to a very good restaurant for dinner - walking through a fecund rural landscape full of various fruit trees full of fruit, then walking home after the sun had set with the coastal lights far below - I thought that this was exactly what I was looking for when I holidays in Sicily.
I loved the friendly family who runs Villa Quiete.
They communicate fast and clear.
The house and the enviroment are gorgeous and I loved sitting in the garden having breakfast or a glass of vine.
I also enjoyed walking in the surroundings.
Beautiful big flat near the beach, all necessary is inside and even more (children beach toys, child chair, electronic piano...). Top location in the center of Spadafora. Windows into the courtyard, so very peaceful and quiet. Totally recommended!
The house is very beautiful and brand new. Absolute cleanliness and attention to the smallest details. Inside, you'll find everything from coffee to oil to water in the fridge. Excellent quality-price ratio! Great location, don't underestimate the fact that there's a pharmacy very close by and the sea is about 350 meters away. The street is quiet and away from traffic. The manager is super smart, practical, and helpful.
Lovely little town up on the hill, very warm and friendly host, stunning view (Liparian islands, Mount Etna), yummie breakfast, very quiet and ideal to relax, close to some nice spots
Angela and Alberto run Villa Quiete with care and love. Unbelievable views from their terrace. A bit of a trek to reach it but worth it if you want peace and quiet from the madness below and during July when the whole of Sicily is over run with tourists. Part of our group couldn’t get to Villa Quiete due to flight cancellations - so they only had 1 night. I spent the first night alone and Angela very kindly made me a delicious bowl of pasta!
The unique experience starts already on the way here: you won’t believe that the road will get even more windy, narrow, and steep, until you reach this amazing spot with its fantastic location and view, high above the coast. You can relax in the pool, surrounded by flowers and butterflies, and enjoy stunning views of the scenery, coast and Liparian islands. It’s a small b&b with a few rooms, a very calm, peaceful and personal atmosphere and a very helpful host.
