The room was nice, clean, warm & comfortable though it was the smallest we have stayed in out of 8 hotels/B&Bs over a period of 2 weeks. The balcony overlooking olive trees make up for the tight circulating space around the bed which is adequate if you are just stopping for a nice hot shower and a good bed. There is no table inside the room but there is one on the balcony. The single chair inside needs to be moved to access the wardrobe. Despite the cosy size of the room, impressively a coffee machine, kettle, coffee pods, tea & infusions & some biscuits are provided, along with a mini fridge. There is free parking nearby too as directed by the B&B's owner, but look out for the stairs leading direct up to the B&B to the right of the parking lot through the arch in the high stone wall before you leave San Ventura church behind. This was not communicated to us and we walked the long way round, not that we minded. Also to be noted there is a spiral staircase inside the B&B which we had read about so we practically only used our back packs for the overnight stay. The fairly central location is very convenient though we were surprised to be woken up in this quiet spot by the sound of a tractor or something similar (must have been a one off). But to look out of the beautiful wooden shuttered doors over the olive trees in the morning sun to the sound of birds singing made up for it.

Excellent location, 5 minutes to main square and self check in. Felt very secure. Gianluca very kind and friendly even drove me to Spoleto so I could explore this lovely hilltop town. Comfortable double bed. Good wifi

Brunella was a wonderful host and was happy to meet our requests. Room was lovely - modern and spotless. It is a quiet location but with a Conad supermarket and cafes nearby. Good public transport (bus) to the Assisi train station.
