Staff were very friendly when we arrived, they helped to park our car for 10 euros. Our seaview room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Water in the fridge, hairdryer and toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was the best! We pre-ordered and the restaurant was beautifully set out and looked stunning. All the food was cooked to order and was very impressive. Freshly made juices were fab. The location is great, at the quieter end of town, straight across from the beach. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the cafe's, bars and restaurants, but that means it's quiet during the day and the evening, perfect. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable with a small covered terrace outside, lovely views of the lemon grove and the lake beyond. Paula and Michele are great hosts, very friendly and hospitable and provide a great breakfast. It is possible to walk or cycle the 2 kilometres to Sperlonga along a quiet road or along the beach.
