The shower water pressure was like a drip, not strong at all. The mattress was a bit soft. But the rooming arrangement was great and it was modern and clean. At first we were worried about ventilation as no air con before end of April but we managed to jump up and open some high up windows.

Good location vs. the airport although you do need a taxi to get there - there are no pavements on the way. The house and room were very nice, clean, spacious and equipped with all amenities incl. coffee machine, kettle, tea, coffee etc. My children also loved the garden.

Lovely place, very convenient for the early morning flights, 20 minutes by walk to the airport, a few restaurants nearby. Friendly host, explained in detail how to get to the hotel and to the airport. There’s a drinking water in the room and everything that is needed in the bathroom, including towels. Exceptional cleanliness and the nicest staff I ever meet. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location is so easy to reach. Venice is only 15 min by bus or train. Higly recommended.
