Clean, beautiful rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Great views! Free parking. Close to town. Andrea was very kind and helpful. He left the keys for us with directions to let ourselves in, then met us later and gave recommendations. Great breakfast too!

We loved our stay at Al Catillo! Stefano was super welcoming and responsive about checkin times. We were able to store our luggage as well after our check out. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was over the top fantastic, by far the most options we’ve had at a B&B in our past week of traveling in Italy (fruit salad, croissants, yogurt, eggs, etc). The B&B location was perfect, 10 minutes walk from the train station and a couple minutes to restaurants, villa d’Este, and villa Gregoriana. I would 100% stay at Al Catillo again and definitely recommend it!!

Charming building and room was large with high ceilings. Quiet but walking distance to major sites and restaurants. Generous with free drinks and snacks. Sara was very responsive to email questions.

The family that run the appartment and the restaurant are very kind and helpful. The place was super clean and modern. We also had a delicious lunch at their restaurant.
Offering pool views, TENUTA I TUFARI in Tivoli offers accommodations and a garden. This property offers a pool with a view and free private parking. The rooms have a patio with mountain views.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Very clean, large enough for 3 people, nicely decorated. Everything you need is available, even some breakfast was provided. Great host, provides clear instructions.
Parking was available with permit, make sure you provide your license plate number to the host before you get there, so you won't get into problems with the Italian ZTL.
Breakfast was spectacular. The building is a piece of living history. Convenient location steps from everything. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Great restaurants with live music in the evening were five minute walk as were Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana.
Marco was a great host, frienly and helpfull. We really got more out of our Tivoli visit thanks to Marco's tips and arrangements! Room was spotless and though there was some street noise in daytime, night time was quiet.
Highly recommended. Confortable, cosy, quiet, fast internet, renovated bathroom- I was remoting and it was perfect, I could work at ease and enjoy Tivoli. Tivoli is a great destinstion and less than 1h cheap train (less than 3€) to Rome. Recommended also to have it a base for Rome. Gino is a charming host!
Charming old property, superb host, lovely al-fresco breakfast.
Carla kindly helped us book a local restaurant in Tivoli, the local town, and that restaurant 'Sibilia' was superb.
Carla was very attentive and always willing to help.
Whilst we were there the temperature was in the low 40s, so the air conditioning in the bedroom was a super bonus.
Quaint spiral staircase to our room - which we knew about in advance, made it a very authentic experience.
Very nice accommodation: clean, cozy and greatly located in a charming alley of the historic center of Tivoli. Lara is a attentive and great host. I'll definitely be back!
