Deborah was a very lovely host and the property was ideally located in the centre of the town, with free covered parking really close by. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms but it was really not that small, with a large bathroom as well! The host was extremely responsive and welcoming, and this is a great base to go an explore the Marche region!

The small cabins are simply lovely. Not large but with all that you need to stay for a few days. Absolutely great, with also a small swimming pool in front. All for a reasonable price

The property is accessed via a traditional Italian, solid wooden door, from a very pretty street. The facilities are excellent and the view, across to the mountains is quite stunning!
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Amazing sights in all directions. There are endless hills with fields and mountains on the back. Nice small garden with a few chaise lounges and trees. Spotless and tidy house with all the facilities listed in the description, spacious bedrooms, and equipped kitchen, good bathroom. There are peace and quiet, as expected. The owner is responsive and pleasant, we've solved everything rather fast.
The house has an amazing location and offers a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside. Guests can also enjoy a leisurely swim in the pool situated on the property. Emanuele was a very kind and responsive host, who welcomed us with a
pie on the kitchen table, a bottle of wine in the fridge and a pack of coffee capsules.. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a nice holiday in Marche.
Great place for a family holiday, swimming pool, amazing views, good base for Tolentino, Ancona, Macerata, Porto Civitanova. Great and helpful Hosts. Place clean, well equipped, air conditioned. The place is on a hill. Cycling requires good fitness ;)
We recommend it!
The villa is absolutely incredible. Very good apartments, well equipped kitchen, mosquito nets on windows. Emanuele is a great host. Upon arrival we found a complimentary pie on the kitchen table, a bottle of wine in the fridge and a pack of coffee capsules.
The view from the terrace is incredible. The water in the pool in was already perfect temperature, despite it was only the end of May. I hope to come back in the next years.
The property is near the city centre by car, and the spaces are well organized: the rooms are big, there are parking spaces in the shade and in the front of the house. you can see that the house was renovated and everything was structured well. The house is situated in a very quiet post, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the nature.
The apartment was clean and interior was good looking. The owner was helpful. Even tho the apartment is in the very centre of the city, the apartment was very quiet. As a bonus we had jacuzzi-like bath in the bathroom.
Incredible view, quiet and very clean.
We were the only guests there at the time which added to the tranquility.
Emanuele was a great host and communicated promptly
