The place is right in the centre of the very busy main street of Città Alta. However, once you step through the main gate into the internal courtyard, all is peaceful! Our room had views over trees to the back. The rooms share a common area where you can have the use of a small fridge for drinks, a coffee machine, cakes , croissants, and all the things for a simple Italian breakfast. All nicely arranged. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Access was through keypads, and the owner was available, helpful, and always responded promptly when contacted via WhatsApp. The suggested parking Città Alta was very good, so you can avoid driving on the narrow medieval lanes. Its pedestrian exit is a few minutes walk away from the front door.

The location is ideal: it's close to the center yet nestled in a peaceful, green neighborhood with a convenient bus stop nearby. Nice accommodation in a villa in a quiet location, however, a short walk from the centre and the train station. Nice owners. Pleasant environment. Definitely recommend.
