The hotel is in an excellent location! The neighborhood is quiet—much needed after a long busy day in Rome. Very close to testaccio market and other supermarkets like a Carrefour express. Location of this property was fantastic for taking the Metro from Roma Termini and walking to Vatican City. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the check-in process was smooth. Niki let us check in early as our flight landed early which was amazing after a 10+ hour travel day!

The jacuzzi bath tub was amazing. The small touches like the welcome biscotti were a nice touch. I loved having the bathrobe and the slippers. The room was also sound proof and had a wonderful view of the ruins in front of us. Jake and his team at the front desk were very helpful.

Breakfast each morning was a delicious treat. Continental spread with eggs and bacon available upon request. (However, be mindful of the granola. The various cereals are stored in glass jars which are not air tight. I observed ants in the fruit granola one morning.) The breakfast room is quaint and charming, and we enjoyed the availability of self-serve bottles of wine (for a cost) and glasses and bottle openers. The patio off our room was a nice place to relax, though I wish the patio would have been cleaned (or at least swept) when the room and bathroom were cleaned. The Pasqua treats left for us on Easter Sunday were unexpected and very, very sweet.
Because of the character limit in each field, I will begin other feedback here.
If you are traveling solo, or as a pair, Arch Suites Rome would be a fine place to stay. However, If you are traveling as a family, be aware the hotel only has two rooms that will accommodate four people. If a quad room is not available, Booking.com will shuttle you into TWO and you will be required to pay FULL PRICE for EACH room. This was a terrible disappointment. When I originally booked the hotel, I was unaware our family of four would be split into two rooms, as I requested a room for two adults and two teenage children. I think if a hotel property must split a family into two rooms - when a single room is requested - there should be extended a discount on the required second room. We stuck with the reservation because the others in our traveling group were also booked into the hotel, and we worried about finding another reservation in Rome last minute during Jubilee. Most of us were pretty disappointed with the accommodations.
