The location of this property is amazing...perched on top of a Tuscan hill... when driving into this small historic town, you pass through beautiful narrow arches and drive through cobbled stone streets.
The view from the room is also magnificent.
Great location to drive to neighboring towns and vineyards.
There are clear printed instructions to use the room facilities and local maps in the room.
There was a cappuccino machine and lots of pods. It made for a great start to the day and saved us time from searching for a coffee shop.
Providing city views, Palazzo Bizzarri in Rapolano Terme offers accommodations, a terrace, a bar, and a shared lounge.

This was the perfect place for us to experience both the town and the area. The room was so comfortable and roomy… with a great little garden out the back door. The location was perfect- inside the No driving zone and close to all the great restaurants and bars in the center of town. We parked outside the zone, but the walk to the hotel was only 2 mins so it didn’t make sense to park inside the zone. The Wi-Fi was great and the heat (it was cold in mid-March) warmed the space up quickly when needed. The town has many uphill streets, but that’s part of the charm… if you don’t get them before dinner, you get them after. For us, it was nice to have the downhills after dinner! And did I mention how nice it is to roam the streets after dark? It’s a wonderful town and we had a great experience here. I will recommend this place to anyone…especially to couples. I’m not sure what the area is like in peak season, but it was spectacular in mid-March. I certainly hope my wife and I can return soon!

The location is fantastic on the central square of Montepulciano, which our room overlooked. The view from the other side is probably even better, towards the Val d'Orcia and the Tuscan hills. The historic furnishings are really great and the breakfast (brought into the room) is phenomenal.

Marco's staff was very nice and helpful. Before I arrived, I received a message letting me know that there was a special treat waiting for me when I arrived. The treat was snacks, tea, instant coffee, juice, water, and soda. It was such a delicious gesture, and it did come in handy.
I loved the room and the bathtub, and I had the most perfect bath in peace. Having the choice of a shower or bath was a great addition. Also, the bathroom was huge. It was a beautiful experience. Also, there are delicious restaurants within walking distance.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Great staff and really charming hotel. The swimming pool offers the perfect spot to rest and enjoy the view. Breakfast offered plenty of choices and dinner at the hotel is totally worth it. The hotel only has a handful of rooms so it has a boutique type of atmosphere.
Perfect location to visit interesting destinations (<30km ), very quiet place among olive oil trees and wineyards. Stand alone small house with terrace and garden with all necessary /high quality equipment . Very recommended to those seeking tranquility . Luciano , our host , has been very helpful and responsive .!

Plus he is a very good cook. Deliciuous food! You must try ragu. Service was simple as you would want it on this kind of vacation.
Rooms spacious, quiet and air conditioned.
If back in Tuscany, will return to this place.
Thank you:)
Very nice property, with a beautiful pool, quiet and comfortable rooms. We had a warm welcome and the host arranged bikes for us, we had an amazing day cycling to nearby Montepulciano. The place does not offer dinner, but there are plenty of great options within 5-15mn drive.
Maria and Santiago are great hostess, we felt very welcomed. The rooms are very spacy and spoiling. The view is amazing.
