The kitchen had everything you need in it and the hosts, Antonio and Martina were very friendly and gave us a lot of useful tips to discover the region. The host, Luca, was very charming and helpful! He drove us to the station after our four nights stay! Cas'Alda lies about 5 km from Varazze but it is possible to walk. A calm and quiet place. The stairs down to the walking path, along the sea, was a bit tricky but manageble. The pictures on Booking talkes by themselves! What you see is really what you get! Lovely room with small balcony where we could enjoy a nightcap looking out to sea after dining in a nearby restaurant. We had a large car with two bicycles on a towbar carrier. Parked in front of the hotel for €10 and the host helped me direct the car out in the morning. Lovely, quiet relaxing ambiance.
