The place was great. Our room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The shared kitchen was clean and useful. The location is convenient because of its closeness to the Verona Porta Nuova. We also could walk to all the city attractions from the hotel.

The suite is vary comfortably with amazing decor, the person how arranged the check in was vary helpful and responded to all my massages instantly, they also give us amazing suggestions of restaurants and cafes, definitely worth it and will stay here again The only problem I had is with the underground parking maybe if I came with smaller car it would have been better but it really needs some improvement specially the ramp (the owner warned me about the ramp beforehand which I truly appreciated 😂)

Out of the 5 hotels we've been to in our Italy trip so far, this has been the best! From the very pleasant initial online interactions with Daniele to his welcoming smile greeting us, to his detailed explanation of hotel, room and communal kitchen features and facilities, to a large room adorned with beautiful cabinets and comfortable bed, to a well-stocked breakfast with two LavAzza coffee machines and croissants and other fast breakfast items, to the great location. When we come back to Verona, we'll be reaching back again to Daniele!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Magical – A Dream Come True! Staying at Relais Balcone di Giulietta was truly one of the best experiences of my life! It felt like a dream from start to finish. We had the entire patio to ourselves, right where Juliet’s statue and the famous balcony are—it was beyond magical and so surreal! The room was spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, with an incredible balcony overlooking the city—a perfect touch. And the bathroom? Absolutely spectacular! Every little detail was just perfect. If you're looking for a romantic and unforgettable stay in Verona, this is the place to be. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Aside from the spectacular attention to detail in this beautifully curated hotel, the concierge was exceptional! The best I have ever experienced. Arthur was a saint. I’ll miss Palazzo Monga and the staff. They truly made our honeymoon so special. I hope to return in the future.
