Located just 40 km from Kishi Station, Koyasan Guesthouse Kokuu offers accommodation in Koyasan with access to a terrace, a bar, as well as luggage storage space.

Great location near Okunoin for easy access. Amazing team of hosts, very clean, comfortable beds with small doors to your cubby rather than a curtain for additional privacy, hosts has great knowledge of the area and we’re accommodating. Overall a lovely cost experience and I wish I were staying longer!

Super welcoming, a very comfortable stay in the family size room. Possibly the best night's sleep we had on our 11 day trip, the location was quiet and tranquil and the beds very comfortable and cosy. We had dinner and breakfast too which were both excellent.

Located in Koyasan, Koyasan Shukubo Sainanin is a historic temple approximately 1100 years old and located 300 metres from Daimon Gate. All rooms features tatami (woven-straw) flooring.

A true Buddhist experience - the morning ceremony // dinner and breakfast (all vegetarian) were surprisingly refined and excellent - the proximity of the temples - the beauty of some of the art work on display
