Private onsen was great. Common room with fire was a lovely place to relax in the evening with fellow guests. Shuttle bus to Gora station in the morning was appreciated given the hike to the station. Easy to follow instructions to get the bus to the hotel. We didn’t find the futon beds in the Japanese style room that comfortable but were happy to have experienced it.

I wish I could have stayed longer! The staff was extremely helpful and sweet: they were always helping with planning out the day. The private onsen was fabulous: I took two a day! The bar restaurant was very cozy and had great food . I could go on and on!.

The old lady is very nice and accommodating. She let me leave my luggage after checkout. The room is pretty good for the price as well. The onsen is relaxing and you can also wear a yukata.
