Really enjoyed my stay at Miyajima Guest House Mikuniya - it's a well looked after guesthouse and it's close to many restaurants, cafes, Itsukushima Shrine & the floating torii gate., the beautiful Daisho-in temple and several hiking trails up to the top of Mt Misen. The dorms are small (four beds only) and the vegetarian curry for dinner was great. It's super convenient to have breakfast and dinner included since there aren't a lot of places open early / late on the island - most of them open just open for the day trippers.
Just a 4-minute walk from Five Story Pagoda and 600 yards from Itsukushima Shrine, HEM'S HOTEL 1日1組限定 new features accommodations in Miyajima, with a garden and a bar.
Featuring quiet street views, 88 House Hiroshima in Hiroshima features accommodations, a garden, a terrace, and a shared lounge.

We had such a beautiful and comfortable room to stay in and the owner was very kind and friendly. It was a lovely and quiet place after the hustle and bustle of various cities. Great coffee too!

The owner was soooo kind. It was a very nice place for women to stay and there were many showers and toilets. It is very central to many good places and near to the station! Highly recommend!

Prime location, centrally situated with easy access to shopping districts, Peace Park, and the streetcar line. The Japanese-style beds are very comfortable, and the spacious living and dining areas, along with the well-equipped kitchen, add to the appeal. We arrived early and were allowed to store our luggage in the room

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
The hosts were incredible to deal with from first point of contact.
The place was really spacious and comfortable. Very easy to find and a short walk from railway station. Close to Miyajima Island and incredible views across the water.
Really great facilities with nice touches of loads of drinks (alcoholic and not alcoholic you could purchase (very reasonably priced).
Loved all the wood interior. It was a very cool place.
It seemed a little suspicious that it had a self check in because I didn’t know about that before booking. And the price was quite cheap so we expected something small and dinky but it was way better than expected. The room was heaps nicer than the photos showed, and the self check in was incredibly easy. The bathroom was actually a really good size for a hotel especially compared to other places we’ve stayed in the past weeks. They provided so much for us in the room as well like single use products, pet products and general amenities.
One of the best hotel in our trip. The host was very nice & helpful. The facilities and room was prepared very thoughtfully. Bed nice and comfy. Room, shower & the hotel was very clean. The view was very nice. It's also just across the tram station & just few station away from miyajima.
The location is perfect if you’re planning to go to Miyajima island. The price is nothing compared to accommodation options on the island, and the hostel is literally just 3 minutes away from the port. It’s not the best hostel I’ve stayed at, but they provide everything necessary, the staff reply very fast on the app and are helpful, and it’s very cheap.
Accomodation in a true Japanese home. Fully equipped, large kitchen; large balcony. Charming owner.
Quiet location, close to the tram station (Hiroden); sushi shop (not to be missed), 7-Eleven market, reasonably priced restaurant nearby,
They had a PS2 and a Nintendo, table tennis, darts and board games all free of charge. Manga in English, a very cheap and good quality restaurant in house with the option of buying snacks as well. An amazing hostel, seriously, the best I have ever stayed in.
