Very nice hosts, eager to give the best experience to their guests. Exceptional service by picking us up and supporting in handling the narrow driveway. Personally showed us the local Sakura (cherry blossoms) tunnel, which was beautiful!

Lovely little apartment in Kamakura - beautifully designed and cosy. It's located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, easily accessible from the station and close to the beach. Great place to explore Kamakura from.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The guest house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. It was easy to find with google maps and the host was very helpful, also recommending places to eat.
The host was very welcoming, smiling and helpful. The house is very charming, very well located, you can do a lot of things on foot if you want. I felt very good during the stay, the room was very comfortable, the house was very clean with everything necessary available. The host was very clear in his explanations of the rules of the house. I am very happy with my stay in Kamakura. I recommend this place a thousand times! Thank you for everything and I hope to be able to come back soon! 🙏🏻😊
Koji the owner is a great host! He even picked us up at train station and took as back on the next day. His English is good and it is really easy to communicate. Definitely a place to stay in Kamakura!
Incredible value for money. Great location between the beach and the main busy shopping street.
We were a little nervous about this accommodation because it's been a while since we stayed in a hostel but it feels more like a budget hotel.
Exceeded our expectations.
The 2 hosts were fantastic and super friendly. They had great knowledge of the area and helpful with plans. The accommodation itself is in a great location near the hase station off the main road. Bedroom was quiet and had aircon/ heater. The hosts have lots of unique decorations and shows their fun personalities. They made me a coffee in the morning which was fantastic way to start my day!
We loved the old house with its charming room, objects, memorabilia and the cosy kitchen where to have breakfast together with other guests and the host. The location was great, in a quiet small street and close to the station. But the best part was the host Bushi. Kind, friendly and funny. He created a very special place with high ambitions of inclusivity, welcoming and sharing of stories and culture.
Amazing staff and other guests, Bushi San was a great host, accessible showers, great breakfast. Very much a homely bed and breakfast vibe. Close to the station and beach. Please ask about the stories of this places it really cool to hear how it came to be.
The guest house was very quiet and in a good little spot not far from Hase station. The host/owner was very accomodating and proactive with great recommendations for surrounding places to eat and things to see!
