Situated within 6.8 km of Shinkeien Garden and 12 km of Rian Bunko Art Museum, Okayama Hostel Igusa features rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Hayashima.

It was a really good stay and a home feel, nice skura garden 5-10min walk from it too so it was a big plus It’s not super clean but it’s what you expect from an older traditional house. The staff was very good but breakfast wasn’t worth it

Great location super close to the port, really good breakfast (the bagels were exactly what we were craving!), and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful - by far the best standard of English we’ve come across too which helped! Can’t fault it really 😊

It was a nice experience. Spacious room. The mattress on the tatami and the heavy blanket were so comfy that I had a great sleep (with earplugs, of course)

A recently renovated guest house, 視点定点 inn offers accommodation in Uno. The property has quiet street views. The guest house features family rooms.

It was a cute and homely place. I love the personal touches by the owner. A little coffee corner, a kitchen and the fantastic shower in the bathroom. The owner was very prompt in answering messages and the check in and check out was seamless. The owner was very thoughtful and provided bags of amenities. It was a convenient place my family could rest for the night. Highly recommend this place.

A really lovely hostel which is part of a complex of cool shops and businesses. The staff were really helpful with recommendations and the dorm was great. The only slight downside was the location which was a bit of a walk from the centre.

Lovely, very helpful owner - he made our time in Okayama easy, and helped a lot with our trips on to Naoshima Island and to the Shimanami Kaido. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds comfy. The shower downstairs is great!

Great location, walking distance of few minutes from train station and close to the historic city centre. We have booked two rooms. Rooms were spotlessly clean and with all amenities one needs. We loved the onsen.

The hostel is located directly in the old town. It is perfect is you want to wander early in the morning or at night when there is nobody. The place is quiet and clean. They have a restaurant downstairs which makes it convenient if you are too tired to search for a place to eat.

Very cool hostel with a hipster style. I went off season so it was too quiet and I had the whole dormitory for myself. The breakfast (egg sandwich) with coffe/tea was very good.

Very cute and warm guest house in the centre of the historical area. The host is very nice and speaks excellent English. Excellent communication even in the pre-arrival period. Had amenities and free water, tea and coffee. The welcome drink was very sweet and heart warming. Not staffed after the night but generally it was secured.
