Property is a lovely family run pension stay. As I was there for snowboarding, it was a fab location as a base for the nearby Takasu & Dynaland ski resorts. Property is equipped with a ski room so that's a plus. Surrounding is peaceful and quiet with cafes, restaurants and convenience store just minutes away by car. Room is cosy and clean, and bed is comfy. Host is a trained chef in French cuisine and I thoroughly enjoyed their 5-course dinner which was exceptional and value of money! (make sure to book in advance!) Hosts even went beyond the call of duty and accommodated an extremely early breakfast (5:30am) so that I could drive back to Nagoya airport in time for my flight, and even helped clear off the snow from my parked car during my stay.

I loved the hospitality by the Japanese people in the hotel. They were so kind and helpful all the way along. It was as if my parents were there helping me. The overall experience was wonderful.

Nice place, superb staff. The house is old japanese style and gives an authentic experience. Breakfast was very good. Location good to access Dynaland or Takasu Snow park (by car).
There is ski rental also with all gear avalable. Gear was in better and in condidition than in ski resort, so better rent them from Kozaemon!!(and cheaper also)
