The house is located in place with incredible view, very close to obasute station. I don’t have any car, and it was in ready to get to the service center where you can get some food!

Heated floors, cozy atmosphere, comfy bed, excellent staff very helpful, close access to Tangram ski resort (there’s a trail going to the hotel and it’s a few minute walk ),
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
This place is really fabulous. The owners are really charming and welcoming. The room was quiet, clean and very confortable. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious and delicately presented. Probably the best meals we had in Japan.
Best hostel I've been in Japan. The hosts are just the best, they are so nice and social, they really care and I had the best time there. The common area is very nice and the beds were comfortable too. They had free coffee and tea too. The washing machine was very cheap but it took a lot to dry. They give you so many nice recommendations for places to eat at and places to see. Overall a very good experience
The property was immaculate, and the hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming. We gained valuable insights into Japanese culture through our interactions with them. The traditional Japanese tatami room was very comfortable and had ample space for our luggage. It’s about 15 mins away from the main Nagano hustle and bustle but we had a car and didn’t mind a little bit of distance. It was nice and quiet. It was still accessible to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and Uniqlo!
The house is amazing and the rooms are nice and clean as well. I enjoyed soaking in the bath after a hike. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, they also offered us a ride to the bus stop a couple of times and at the end of our stay to the nearby trainstation. The breakfast in the morning was great with fresh fruits and delicious homemade soup!
I really enjoyed my stay at hotel unicorn! Great place great location ,,,very large clean room very charming. and quiet.. I would recommend to all who love a place with character and charm.
Amazing friendly guesthouse, with great location and welcoming vibes. Top recommendations for places to eat (thank you). The location is perfect, just a quiet back street but very close to bus stop, zenkouji, lots of restaurants etc.
everything the place is perfect the hosts are amazing. it’s like a boutique hotel and one of the cheapest places to stay in a traditional room. I cannot complain about anything. I wish I could stay more
