Dorm is OK size, and there's a toilet within the dormitory. The guesthouse is located in front of the train tracks so if you are a light sleeper I suggest using ear plugs. Otherwise a quiet area. AC sufficiently kept the room cool even with a full room of guys. In room mini-safe storage was a nice perk and was perfectly sized for my Nintendo Switch case (but definitely nothing much larger than that). Roommates were quiet.
