Host is friendly and wish her well and good running of her guesthouse. There's a great sports apparel shop and an award winning bento set supermarket nearby. I always had the shared facilities to my self and the facilities were all really clean and the room was very spacious, light and bright. We had a room on the 1st floor, just in front of the door and has almost all of the walls made of glass which made us uncomfortable at first but than we just felt like on a visit in a typical Japanese house so it turned out to be kind of fun. We loved the location, and generally quiet and peaceful vibe of the neighborhood. The room was really comfortable and incredibly spacious for one person. I also had use of the kitchen which was really handy as it saved on eating out, which can be a bit of a drag when you're on your own. The shared bathroom was immaculately clean and there were plenty of towels. The lady was very helpful when I arrived.
