The room was absolutely beautiful. We wanted a home feel for a few nights in the middle of a busy 3 week tour of Japan, just to relax and cook ourselves at home, and this was perfect. Walking distance to the old town, retro museums and train station, it was quiet and absolute bliss and the apartment itself was high end, with all fittings and furnishings absolute faultless. Would return and would highly recommend.

To be honest, I was swayed by the photos; I expected to have that beautiful bathtub. Although my room was lovely, it didn't have one. As for the location, it was excellent—very close to the train station, so I could arrive and leave quickly and without any issues.

Convenient location; nearby many restaurants, just a few minutes walk away from JR/Nohi Bus station, coin laundry, convenience stores, Old Town and Markets. Traditional experience, after walking around all day a soak in the onsen was perfect!! Free wifi was easy to connect to and had good speed. Our room was tidied daily and amenities were restocked. Everything was nice I couldn't ask for more. Room fit for even 4 persons, the location was good we could walk to Miyagawa Morning Market and also to Takayama Station easily. Looking forward to revisiting :)
