While Osaka itself eventually bored me, my stay here was the highlight. I had never slept on tatami mats before—it was a cool experience, and they were comfortable enough. The guesthouse had a really homely feel since it was an actual house. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating; she even helped ship my luggage back to Tokyo, saving me from having to drag my suitcase to a convenience store to do it myself. Thanks to her, I got to spend my last day exploring instead.
The metro was pretty close as well. Also, I accidentally locked the keys inside my suitcase lock, and she helped me break it open—lifesaver!
Also, I saw her deep clean everyday.

It's a great place, very relaxing, chill and quiet, next to an Onsen and a convenience shop, there are also plenty of gyms in the area. Perfect location for a relaxing day and away from the hustle'n bustle, if you're looking for quiet evening and relaxed days. It's still 20 minutes away on the subway from Dotonbori, so it's really well located too.

I have very fond memories of my stay in this hostel. I felt very safe and welcome. The place is run by a friendly owner, who chats with everyone and gives tips on what to do or visit in a particular place.
The dorm room was quite large and the bed was comfortable. There is also a kitchen and a living room where you can enjoy a cup of tea.
It was a good accommodation as a base to explore other cities. The subway stop is a few minutes away on foot and it was also possible to walk to Shin-Osaka station.

Right next to a train station on a street filled with various restaurants, which is amazing if you don't mind hearing trains at night.
Rooms have 2 beds separated with a wall and you can even close it with curtains - very private and comfortable, almost didn't feel like a hostel.
Everything was very clean and changed every day.
Big lockers that fit everything I needed.
Common space with kitchen and free coffee. You can smoke on a terrace with a nice view.
Washing machine and a dryer.
All in all a great stay. It is very private and everything you need is provided, some stuff for a small fee.

Very nice amenities and easy room to stay in with kids. They loved the projector and I loved that there was nothing for them to break. Lockers and laundry and self check in provided and easy. Location was a bit complicated to figure out in the jumble of Ōsaka station, but actually a very easy and pleasant walk once I understood it. Close to a small park and konbeni yet out of the noise of the main section of town.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The building is an old, solid structure, remarkably spacious, with very nice details throughout—absolutely charming. Its proximity to the station is a significant advantage. However, the best part of our stay was undoubtedly the staff, who were exceptionally helpful. It truly embodies the good old days of hotel hospitality. This is precisely how a hotel should be.
Quiet..yet near senri-chuo station..many food outlets at and around station....Hotel itself has few restaurants. Which is good.
Many choices....Quiet and peaceful..
The host is really kind, she brought food for us to cook before we checked in. Communication was quick and efficient. It was amazing to have the whole apartment for ourselves (2 floors!) and a well-equipped kitchen to cook in. The futons were also really comfortable!
The location is in a quiet and safe residential area very close to Toyonaka Station on the Hankyu Railway. The room I stayed in was quite spacious, and there were drinks and fruits available in the my room and living room, making it a very homely accommodation. The host couple was so kind she put my luggage on her bicycle and drove me to the station in the rain.
Our hosts were very hospitable and instantly made us feel at home. We enjoyed spending time talking and laughing in view of their beautiful garden and hope to visit them again.
Very nice host and quiet area for relaxing. The only problem was that it's too far from central station. But at the same time, sleeping in the quiet area is the best. And 2 hours of relaxing walking from central station, won't hurt a lot.
