JapanThere is no staff in the facility; however, there are instructions which explain very clear and specific. Very clean and very close to Utsunomina station (7 mins by walk). There are free coffee, teas, and face pack (you can use in the morning and evening!) If you would like to save more money, you can bring own towels and pajamas (can save 200 yen each night!) Also, you can leave your luggages even after you check-out. The storage was very helpful since I wanted to go shopping until my train departure time (the storage is outside of the facility. So don't use if you afraid of stealing. I used it and my bag was still there!)

JapanBeautiful guest house, modern and traditional all together. The person who checked us in was so kind and enthusiastic. Unfortunately we couldn't stay and chat long!
The area was very convenient, nice walk along the river with historical sights all around.
The futons and pillows were really comfortable, the ac worked well. There were cute little multicolor orb lights you could take to your room. Shower pressure was great, clean. Will definitely stay again!
