JapanIncredible staff, the hosts are so kind and make you feel at home, there’s a group dinner you can join every night and it’s always amazing food. Great location in between Kita-Yamagata and Yamagata station. I will definitely return, I really loved staying here

After my arrival I was asked to attend dinner with the host, staff and other guests to enjoy food and drinks. The dinner was donation-based and featured a variety of delicious food and some guests even pitched in and would prepare a special dish or offer some top quality sake. The host also cooks dinner at night and let me tell you that it is delicious (there is a donation box for that)! Breakfast is free also! My room was big, clean and comfortable. The staff was lovely and friendly, we got to play the guitar together!
