What a beautiful little complex.
The family behind and there story is something definitely to get behind and promote.
We were upgraded into a little bungalow and the kindness of the staff shone through. They run a restaurant onside and another in Kep,where the food and service was good.

quiet spot (Kep is quiet anyway), mountains nearby, room basic but budgeted to match, family that runs it are hospitable, prices haven't risen here as steeply as everywhere else in Cambodia, so cheers to the family.
a few dogs in the neighborhood but not enough to be troublesome. too far from the beach to walk but free bicycles & cheap motos for the lazy gen z hypocrites to burn CO2 with. house restaurant has big portions, but there's lots of places to eat at the crab market. has everything you need here, you are in the jungle though, so bring insect repellent.
stayed here last year, as well as this year and if I comeback to Cambodia next year I'll stay here again.

Really nice place. It's located a couple of meters away from the main street so it's rather quiet and you won't hear any traffic at night.
Rooms are simple but totally fine. Nice restaurant/bar/social area to hang out
Staff was really nice and helpful
Highly recommend staying here!

Property very clean and comfortable. The room we had was spacious and actually had 2 double beds. Very good location to explore the national park and then go for some food at the many restaurants along the seafront. Also highly recommend the crab market.
I saw reviews about the dated bathrooms. Ours was quite large, but indeed the sink was a bit small, but a minor point as overall the room was nice.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Loved the little bungalow you get, for a great price too! Very friendly owners. Helped accompany all I needed . A little bit out of the town but you can hire a Motor bike for a cheap price for the day . It was lovely and quiet and easy to relax there .
The room was comfortable and quiet and the A/C worked well. The bathroom is basic but works well. There is no TV in the rooms. Not a problem it isn't mentioned on the site. The breakfast was from a menu. Eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, bread jam, tea and coffee, fruit juice. More than enough for us and kept us going till lunchtime. Breakfast is served by the pool overlooking the sea and is a great way to start the day.
Very friendly and attentive staff. Lovely feel to the place. Rooms are quiet and spacious. Tasty food served at the restaurant. Great location for the restaurants and crab market.
I liked that there was a restaurant on the rooftop, the owners were always so kind and cooked us food whenever we went up there - the chips were amazing! The hosts were so friendly and really helpful, they have the sweetest black labrador too. Room was pristine, slept well, quiet at night, no complaints.
Cheap guesthouse in a quiet area of Kep. 650 m from pier, for boats to Rabbit Island.
The non AC rooms are equipped with fan but also AC, so if one feels it's too hot with just the fan, one can pay extra to use AC.
Very nice and good value for price guesthouse with a lovely couple running it. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was effective.
It's a quiet place which we like and you can walk around in nature or along a beach. There are lots of things to see in the neighbourhood, so we hired a scooter for a very reasonable price, 6 US.
If you're planning on staying in Keb, I recommend the Khmer Guesthouse.
Enjoy your stay.
Great location, close to Crab Market and the National Park; restaurant on site with very tasty Khmer dishes and a choice of Western ones as well; lovely surroundings, green and quiet; traditionally made and decorated rooms; very nice hosts, be sure to ask them about their training centre.
Kate is a great hostess and extraordinarily interesting. she’s a great environmentalist and it shows around the property. the accommodation is quaint and good value for money, it’s great to be able to dip into the cool pool, the accommodation is near to the beach and the local attractions. we thoroughly enjoyed our restful stay here.
A quaint guesthouse oasis! I personally loved the simplicity of it and how it felt like I was staying in a jungle home. Bedrooms were nice, as well as the open common area. Chenda and Sergio were incredible hosts, very helpful and friendly, and the Thai food you could order from Chenda was as authentic and delicious as you can get (don’t leave without trying it!).
