Aayu was super friendly, providing us with all kinds of information we needed. The breakfast was fresh with a big selection of fruits, along with yoghurt, toasts, sausage and eggs and delicious homemade cake! Very close to the beach, clean facilities and a cute teddybear-like watchdog! Will always come back to this place when near Bentota!

The place is located right on the beach. Superb view especially from the room on the second floor, but ground floor views is also amazing. Very quiet over night, super noise isolation. The woman who ran it was extremely helpful. We only stayed for one night but she adjusted the breakfast for dietary requirements and provided it early enough for our airport pick up. The price is very good value for the service and facilities provided. The location is excellent for the train station and the beach, also having several restaurants within a minute walk.

Loved the easy going friendly staff , loved the surroundings, the chef was amazing. Rohan was very helpful the staff were always smiling and very welcoming . The pool was a fabulous temperature and it was so peaceful. Also loved the friendly dogs .

We booked about 3 days before we were due because our beach location guesthouse had no water and cancelled. We were able to check in early, and our kind host allowed us a late check out as our room was free: there are 12 rooms in total. Otherwise, it's out at 10 am. The balcony is large, and parts were in the sun from mid-morning onwards. Everything was clean and functional (the rooms are cleaned daily). There's an honesty bar on the ground floor with beer and soft drinks, which worked very well and avoided the wine shop trip. There's also a small shop just outside the back gate (no beer) and access to a restaurant which we ate at twice due to the rain, making the beach bars not a good option! Good buffet style breakfast with eggs cooked to order.
