This place has a spectacular garden, terrace and very comfortable room with A/C. Arul received us even before the offical arrival time, let us park our tuktuk inside and gave us tips for local food & drink. They allow us to use the kitchen and the terrace with the garden view. It's not in the centre of the town, which means a quiet location, but if you want to go to the town you will need a tuktuk (taxi or your own transport). Very good value for the money. The pictures I took are from their beautiful garden.

Amazing host, very kind and helpful. We got to choose our room between the two available. Great location near the beach, but if you go early morning there are fishermen and you can't swim. Good value for money.

The property is run by Mr. Nobel a retired banker, whose hometownis Batti. Throughout my stay he proactively looked into my needs and inquired whether there was anything that could have done better to make my lodging more comfortable. He is like a fatherly figure to the guests and I would recommend this place to anybody.

Basic but very clean room. Manager is excellent: very responsive and helpful. Nice location close to the beach (distance to the Fort is walkable but not short). Very good value for money. Some rooms have balcony.

The place was basic with no air conditioner - although one in the room but not working. The sheets were horrible nylon things. Very cheap and that is its winning thing, with some small improvements could be a lot better - new sheets, covers, smarten up the shower toilet areas would improve this place 100%
