The Edgware was the highlight of our time in Nuware Eliya. The staff at this hotel are amazing. Our every need was met and more. We were greeted with tea upon arrival which was lovely after a long drive. Our room was immaculate with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Be sure and pre-order their curry dish as it takes them time to get it ready and its absolutely delicious. During our time in NE we explored Victoria Park and a nearby arboretum for birds and monkeys. We also did a day trip to Horton Plains which requires driving a really dangerous, narrow, and poorly maintain road. We got a flat on that drive and upon returning to Edgware they took our keys and took care of the flat tire for us while we rested!!! Even crazier is they didn't even charge us. Unreal! 100% recommend this place.

The hosts were warm and really nice to talk to. They welcomed us with tea and biscuits, and were accommodating of all our requests. Although the bedroom is a bit small, there is a nice communal living room with lots of seating and a dining table. The temperature was low at night even during the summer, and there was more than enough bedding available. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

The family that runs this property are so friendly and hospitable. They tried to make us feel at home as much as possible! -the breakfast was delicious and plentiful - very quiet! No road noise or tuk tuks or anything. - shower curtain in the bathrooms so everything doesn’t get wet. - good wifi for Sri Lanka :)

Short walk from Grand Cafe where we went for Afternoon Tea. Very modern rooms. Common area with fridge, dining area, a couch and TV. Rooms have hot water. Just wait about 30 minutes between showers so that the hot water doesn't run out for the next person. Hosts are very kind and accomodating. Our rooms were one floor up so we did have to walk up a set of steps.

Beautiful room. Very clean and no smell at all! The bed is really comfy and the blanket keeps you warm during the night (it’s getting cold in Nuwara Eliya during the night, so you need it!). Breakfast is huge and really delicious. The owner is really cute.
