Very well maintained property with close proximity to the airport. Perfect for a few days stay . The rooms (cottages)are Perfect. Comfortable and cozy. The owner Kennath is the best host taking care of each detail . The dinner is awesome . Possibly the best meal I had in Sri Lanka . Just right. Highly recommend property. Best value.

The accommodation is beautiful with a wonderful garden and pool. Although the rooms were not huge, we felt very comfortable. Brenda and Ron are fantastic hosts. They helped us with everything effortlessly and made our stay even more perfect with great tips. I must also mention the breakfast – simply delicious! Whether it was the Sri Lankan breakfast or the pancakes. We would definitely come back anytime.

This is the perfect place to stay when arriving, the family greeted us despite our midnight arrival and were very accomodating with storing our bike boxes. Breakfasts were delicious. Stayed 3 nights to acclimatise and the place is very clean and the hosts are lovely. Staying here for another 3 nights at the end of the trip.

Mario family villa is an amazing place to stay. This guest house is closer to the beach and the Main Street where you can find restaurant and shop. It is a clean place to stay and good value for the money you spend. Above all the owner of Mario family villa was really kind and made me feel warm during my stay. We really had a great time. The Room was clean and tidy and the bed was covered with fresh sheets and towels. It is kind and warm place that made us feel at home. The breakfast was so good with a lot of fresh fruits and different kind of food :) Highly recommended to anyone who wants a sweet, safe place to stay. If we'll back for sure we'll book this place to stay again!
