Beautifully located right on the beach. The sea was great for swimming. The food in the restaurant was very good, as was the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A Poseidon dive center is right next door. Scooter rentals are also available directly at the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is very nice and quiet. The spacious garden is filled with fruits trees and the hotel is close to the beach. We recommend beach walks at night, the beach becomes alive after sunset. The host was attentive and always present, ready to answer any questions you might have. They also helped us to organise our departure to the bus station via Tuk Tuk.

The owner was nice, very welcoming. He arranged a transport from Trincomalee for a reasonable price. We were offered tea. We had towels and we had a good WiFi. The house is a few minutes walk from the beach, very reasonable. The owner said he had a boat and could arrange a trip to Pigeon island, but finally we didn't go and we stayed on the beach in Nilaveli.

I think we were off-season so the hotel was empty. We had a problem with the room but the caretaker quickly responded. The hotel is close to the beach in a fishermen area. The area is less touristic than the other center south from here. The hotel is aging a bit and pictures are a bit far from the current state.

    The location in Nilaveli is perfect. The beach is 5 minutes walking. It's a very quiet area, perfect to relax. The home stay has a good vibes atmosphere, with a garden with "hamacas", and full day open kitchen. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was very cheap and it has all the basic things you may need. I arrived very early and they stored my luggage, also in the departure day.

    We took extremely cheap room without AC for about 10 dolars for two persons for 1 night. We got what we paid for.... There was no problems just bring your own toilet paper...,.. Locality is good less than 5 minutes to the beach. There are few good restaurants near guesthouse too.

    Located on the beach, the location is ideal. Overall it’s quiet and the room is comfortable and large. The AC works well and there is ample space and seating in the room. There are well kept gardens on the property with lots of interesting birds - we also appreciated the mini fridge and water provided in the room and the drying racks outside. The host is friendly and helpful which we appreciated

    Nice laid-back guesthouse with rooms looking onto a private garden. The location is great, very quiet and only a 2 minutes walk to Nilaveli beach. Our bedroom and bathroom were clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed but we could still have breakfast there. There are a few other very good restaurants within walking distance. We had a very relaxing stay there!

    This was the best accommodation I had in Sri Lanka so far. The room was big and very clean. The owners are so kind and answered all my questions and the Guesthouse is only a few minutes away from the quiet Nilaveli Beach. The breakfast was delicious!!

    The room was quiet, comfortable and well set out. The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Hosts were very efficient, friendly, helpful and attentive. Happy to look after baggage on the day of arrival and departure outside of check in and check out times. Lovely location , a clean pool , delicious food was also available . I would definitely visit again.

    We enjoyed the silence, harmony, friendliness and beautiful area in Amal’s Paradies! Perfect location to slow down and to discover Nilaveli, Trincomalee, Uppuveli,… Amal is a very nice host. Always helpful, available before and during our stay. We will def come back to this beautiful place. It was also very nice to see that the extremely lovable dog was allowed to have such a nice and quiet place to live. We really enjoyed his presence. a soul of an animal.

    I recently stayed at the beach hut property and had an absolutely delightful experience. The hut is charmingly designed and just steps away from the pristine beach, offering stunning ocean views. The hosts were welcoming and provided excellent local recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable. Their hospitality truly stood out.     Quiet and great location in Nilaveli, near the beach and a couple of good restaurants. The host and his family were very kind and helped us to arrange a scooter, snorkelling kits, breakfast, and other tips. Big, comfy, fresh and clean room. The little garden and terrace was perfect to chill out. We had a lovely time!
