Excellent helpful staff, very good fresh breakfast, very convenient central location. The room is quite humble, but it has everything you need, the ground floor single room is opposite the small souvenir shop, so it may get quite noisy if your window is opened, but if you want to feel the local vibe- then it should not be a problem. The location is great, the two main streets below and above from the guest house, so you will not miss it, it can be found easily.

The location is great with a beautiful view over the city. The room was spacious and I like the interior of the bathroom. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very nice little hotel. I really liked the interior of our room, the beds and the bathroom sink are covered with traditional oranaments, which I find really beatiful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast on a rooftop terrace with a view on medina. Food was fresh and delicious😊 can fully recommended this stay.

Honestly this is one of my best stay I had in my 16 days morroco trip. The location is at the high spot of the city so better come by car. You can also walk up but indeed a lot of stairs. The room is very clean, all facilities are there, if you want a hair-dryer you can borrow, hot water is good enough for shower. Hosts are really nice persons and help with the suitcases. They also fetched us at the parking. Breakfast at the terrace is a huge plus! Probaly the best accommodation here I guess!

Afra house is a colourful, Moroccan house full of interesting local arts and crafts. The beds are comfortable with plenty of warm duvets and blankets, hot showers await and the breakfast was excellent with warm breads, pancakes, homemade jams, fresh orange juice and freshly cooked eggs. Fatima and Ibrahim were very friendly and welcoming. The location, hidden away in a back street of the old town, is very quiet and just a few minutes walk away from the historic centre, shops and restaurants.

Where to start? At the start perhaps! Antonio was very helpful even before I got to Chefchaouen, with where to park my hire car. He was very responsive - a lovely, calm, quiet person who runs this gorgeous little portal into another world, tucked into a quiet narrow alley behind an old wooden door. It’s stunning!
