United StatesDining, basically outdoors, in a corner of the garden next to a very warm fire on a very cool night. The dinner was extensive and delicious including the saffron bean soup. The host/owner was very kind, informative and helpful. Hotel is either adjacent to or attached to a very, very old fort which just made the entire experience so magically Moroccan. It was great fun to sleep under lots of warm blankets thinking I was in a caravanserai high in the mountains on the way to the Sahara desert.

We had two times the Lamb tajine wit a lot of vegetables. These were absolutely top quality. The location of the hotel is also very nice and quiet. Lively Taliouine is nearby.
