They were helpful in arranging a taxi from the airport, getting us oriented in Mahajanga, calling tuk-tuks, ordering meals, and arranging for us a boat trip - simply said all we could have imagined to need. Although, when I arrived there were some issues about the use of facilities and the room that I've booked online but the matter was resolved very soon. Both Yolanda and Roberto had been very hospitable and helpful and Yolanda has provided me the free transport and accompanied me to the immigration office for my visa extension and without her help perhaps it was very difficult to do it.
