The location: excellent. Very close to Valetta, but central bus station, but still a calm place. Strongly recommended! The grocery store nearby. The restaurants, confectionaries, bakeries nearby. (STRONGLY recommended to check: Loaf, Bella Sicilia, L'Angolo, Jeff's (okay, I know that it's a franchise, but still good)) The "automated" check-in/check-out environment. The description of the processes (check-in, check-out etc) The way to have breakfast "on-site" or take away. (see at the "didn't like points below) The Nespresso-machine and capsules. The water bottle and the refill possibility. Good price/value ration. Except a really big issue. The people. But it's irrelevant to the accomodation. :-)

I liked the location mostly. The interior and exterior of the building had very interesting traditional designs.

The staff were welcoming & helpful. Particularly Mary, who helped us arrange car hire. The beautiful architecture and a very comfy bed. Delicious coffee and fresh homemade breakfast.

South Wind Guesthouse features accommodations in Marsaxlokk near Il-Ballut Reserve Beach and Qrajten Beach. There's a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.
