The downstairs bakery and pizza place are great for getting breakfast or lunch, and there are plenty of great restaurants in the nearby marina area. The view from the apartment is amazing. Everything inside is recently renovated and all the necessary amenities were there. But if you plan it well enough, you shouldn't have any problem with that. There is a bus stop nearby. Bus line 3 and 213 pass there. The breakfast is good.
