Our stay at La Koquillishe was an amazing experience. We stayed there for 7 nights with kids, the apartment was spacious, cleaned with AC and with a well equipped kitchen. Room service was done every day. Even though breakfast was the same every morning, they were rich enough for everyone. The staff was very kind and helpful, sharing many recommendations about what to see around. Many thanks for everything!

Good place for short stay. Clean rooms, communal kitchen, parking available. Bit difficult to navigate for first time as Google shows a one-way street. Value for money.

The hotel is nice, breakfast was very good, just the location shown on booking.com is incorrect, Google maps show it correctly. The location is sligthly remote some 10-15 minutes walk from the town center. The children had a fun in the pool. Overall it's a good option if you have a car.

We were warmly greeted upon arrival, the owner is very helpful and doing his best to make a comfy stay for everybody. The hotel was quiet and a bit hidden from the centre of the town. Kitchen and toilet in the room, also a balcony and AC.We've requested early check in and we could do it. Also the owner helped us with getting the best price for catamaran tour and it was perfectly organised. We highly recommend this stay and would choose it again.

We were welcomed by Mr Kishen who was helpful and explained the property and facilities to us. The room was fabulous, spacious, and the view was the cherry on the cake. We were impressed by the location and cleanliness, maintenance of the whole property specially the kitchenette appliances of the room and the barbecue space near the pool.

The apartment is very private and spacious. The view on the river and the sea is gorgeous. You can buy food and drinks from the eatery downstairs. The river is usually pleasantly busy with catamaran and other boat activities. It is a peaceful place where you breathe the purest air! The apartment is equipped with AC and fan. There is a small kitchen.

One word - bliss! We loved our stay. We also had food at EvaZion. The owners and staff are so friendly. We spent Christmas here. Took a boat out to Ile de Cerfs. It is free to take a kayak out to the nearby waterfall. We did this two times and definitely recommend. We saw tropical birds and monkeys. If we ever get the chance, we will be back!

I loved Jay's place. The balcony was beautiful with many fruit trees around, a beautiful garden below, and so many birds singing, colourful geckos came to visit and scuttled around in the trees. The apartment is lovely, has everything you need, and it has a good air con so you can sleep at night. There's a rooftop where you can watch the sunset, or sunrise. Jay is such a helpful and friendly host and can advise on everything you could think of - where to run, snorkel, swim, walk, eat. I will be back next time I'm in Mauritius!

La Hacienda Mauritius is situated at the foot of the Lion Mountain in Old Grand Port, a 10 minute drive from Mahébourg. The guest house features an outdoor swimming pool.

WOW!!! 🤩🖤🤩🖤 What a location, I could have stayed here so much longer, just watching the birds, the flying fox & just being surrounded by nature. It was so beautiful, with stunning views. Amazing views from the pool, too! I'd definitely go back for sure
