I didn't meet anyone, but I felt like they were always available to help and made sure I had everything I needed. The room is small but clean, comfortable, quiet, hot water, and even a shared kitchen. Everything was very clean. They were very nice and accommodating with all of my requests. I would stay again. It is located very near most of the places you must visit in the beautiful city of Orizaba. This place is very family oriented and has the option to use a private room.
