The rooms on the ground floor have NO WINDOWS (a pet peeve of mine, I feel like I am trapped in a cage)... so ask for one of the higher floor rooms with a window. The dorm was comfortable and the shower has hot water if you aren't in there for too long. The courtyard is a good place to relax, though there aren't any other communal areas to hang out if it rains. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's a kitchen for cooking.
