Loved the location on the edge of Tulum so no barking dogs that keep you awake at night. The pool is great. Our room was very nice for the prices so a good value.

Just by the beach, however no direct access. AC works well, no party noise however jungle animals were heard at night. The hosts were accommodating and easy to reach. They even arranged a transfer to airport for us for a minimal fee.

Tunich is located on the Jungle Side of the Beach Road in the Hotel Zone in Tulum. The Cabanas are directly across the street from a free public entrance to the beach.

The staff to include managers were all awesome. They rented bicycles and had plenty of community space. Quiet, laundry/restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
