Definitely staff. They’re friendly and attentive. From check in to check out, they offered little but nice extra perks. We arrived late at night and the guard in charge made sure we made it safely to the room upstairs, and that our car was parked in a safe spot.

Really loved my stay at Casa Arcos! Great room, great property and really nice people. I was visiting in Tepotzlán for a few nights and could not have picked a better place. Not far from town center but also surrounded by beautiful countryside and views of the mountain. When I return to Tepotzlán, this is definitely the place I will be staying. Thanks again, Andres! What a fantastic gem I specifically chose it because I wanted like a heated pool as I recently injured my shoulder and and Juan and his wife were such lovely people such an exceptionally beautiful and peaceful place was totally what I needed. I can’t recommend highly enough. What a lovely and excellent place this was they even drove me to the bus station so I could get back to hectic noisy but beautiful Mexico City
