An oasis on top of the hill of Cameron Highlands. Truly had a wonderful stay in this home away from home. Lovely hosts with a wonderful son, that give you LOTS of advice of the whole Malaysia. The place is clean, comfortable and quiet with a wonderful garden. Thanks so much!

Everything was perfect, Bryan is a fantastic host and his apartment has been our favourite stay in Malaysia! We were very comfortable at Wogoxette Upstairs, it’s designed really well and the location gives you a good flavour of local life and culture in Kuala Terla. For travellers who want a more authentic experience of life in Cameron Highlands, this place is a must. Bryan has compiled so many good recommendations - his guides for food and exploring the area were super helpful. would love to stay again one day!

Pros: very nice interior except for the rooftop. Stay is cozy, comfortable and convenient to go to restaurants, marts and attractions
Cons: the breakfast island has flies going to the food. Told the workers many times but they will just sway the swatter quickly. Pls do provide candles or those fan blades to shoo flies away for sanitation.
The rooftop needs improvement aesthetically. Saw a random short pants hanging there. Not really pleasant to see

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
What made this place so good were the hosts. They were readily available and answered every question. They took time to explain the local trails , gave food recommendations etc It was a short walk from centre. Nice and quiet. Had some great sleeps after days of hiking.
The cleanest hostel I’ve ever been. The bunk bed had a lot of privacy but had window so fresh and nice air was noce at night. Social but chill environment, noce common area and great location.
We really enjoyed our stay in this hostel. We had a double bed capsule which was perfect & quite roomy for me and my partner. The hostel was not full so it was quiet & no queues for bathrooms etc. We went on a really great tour organised by the hostel through CS tours on day two. They can even transport you to Perhentian Islands jsut ask at reception. Everything was spotless & a good smell
Jay our host made us very welcome. This is a cross between a guest house and a small hostel. Very friendly and the shared areas were very homely and well equipped. The town was only a short walk away but this area was lovely and quiet.
Jay was an awesome host. She's super friendly and has a lot of useful information - especially if you want to go hiking :)
The room itself was comfortable and ckean. The guesthouse's location is really nice and quiet, even though it's just a short walk to the centre.
