    Love the facilities from rooftop SORA bar, to the coffee house to the clean onsen and my deluxe king room (they have nice body wash and shampoo), clean lobby, lif functioning well, welcoming staff, fast check in and check out, quiet and chill environment . what else you could ask for ?

Kuhen was exceptionally good at ensuring my safety, efficient transportation and availed himself to schedule and book an exciting tour of Kuala Lumpur to enhance my experience.
